I have a special interest in working with adults who want to do a deep exploration of the family of origin patterns affecting their relationships with self and others.
I particularly enjoy working with individuals whose caregivers were detached and unavailable to grieve those unmet needs and build trusting, safe relationships with their partners, children, and families. I believe that by embracing all parts of who we are, we can thrive as a whole, integrated relational beings, and I love walking alongside adults on their journeys of personal growth and healing.
I love working with People of Color, especially First Generation cycle-breakers who are learning to parent differently from the way they were raised. I have worked with teens and adults in inpatient eating disorder programs, the Veteran’s Health Administration, and outpatient community clinics and am currently supervised by Laura Reagan, LCSW-C, at the Baltimore Annapolis Center for Integrative Healing.
