When you have lost someone you love, the symptoms of grief can be confusing and overwhelming. You want to get back to feeling normal, but sometimes it feels like grief won’t let you feel like yourself.
I have over a decade of experience working in various treatment settings including schools, inpatient psychiatric units, community mental health clinics, intensive outpatient programs and private practice.
My passion is helping people through the journey of healing from grief and loss, including complicated grief. I am particularly interested in working with people who have lost someone they care about to suicide. I would love to walk alongside you in your journey back to wholeness. I use a compassionate, strengths-based approach including CBT, mindfulness, somatic methods and expressive arts. Together we will develop a plan for our work in therapy based on your specific needs and goals.
