I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in trauma recovery, with a focus on complex trauma (CPTSD), religious trauma, and childhood sexual trauma. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating the lasting impact of early experiences, helping them make sense of their stories, reconnect with their sense of self, and move toward meaningful, embodied healing.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I understand that trauma—especially when it is chronic, relational, or rooted in systems like family or religion—can shape how you see yourself, your body, your relationships, and the world. Together, we work to gently untangle these patterns, build safety within your nervous system, and create new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I have a particular passion for supporting clients healing from religious trauma and childhood sexual trauma, including experiences that have impacted identity, sexuality, and self-worth. I also work with individuals and couples who are navigating intimacy challenges, disconnection, or the complex intersections of trauma and sexuality.
My goal is to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome—where healing is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you reclaim your voice, your agency, and your capacity for connection.
