Host Laura Reagan, LCSW-C (she/her), a Baltimore-area integrative trauma therapist, started Therapy Chat Podcast in 2015. Since then she has been interviewing therapists, researchers, authors, coaches and other experts on trauma, attachment, mindfulness, self-compassion, relationships, neuroscience, creativity, self-care, perfectionism and worthiness.

Laura shares her lived experience of wisdom learned in her journey of life as a therapist who has complex trauma for the benefit of others.
