Hi, I’m Alison. I help adults in Maryland and Pennsylvania heal from childhood and relational wounds. Lets help you move away from this place of disconnection, stuckness, and pain towards a sense of purpose and embodied wholeness. I have the deepest respect for your story and will partner with you to reveal it at your own pace in a safe, supportive, judgement free environment. I’ll teach you proven strategies for relief and provide you with answers that help you understand your most shameful experiences. Imagine feeling confident and able to handle the ups and downs of life. Imagine loving yourself and feeling comfortable in your body and mind! I’m here to help you get there. My own unique approach weaves together your innate creativity with a range of trauma focused therapeutic modalities including mindfulness, somatic awareness, music therapy, parts work, and evidenced based therapies. I am an online, self-pay, out-of-network therapist.

I believe all people are innately creative and hold a deep wisdom about what it is they need for long lasting wellness. I celebrate our differences and believe everyone is deserving of healing, understanding, and a safe place to reach their fullest potential. Our mental health challenges make sense based on the difficult things we’ve lived through. In fact, they are a product of a healthy body and mind working as it should to signal us something isn’t quite right. We are not failures for not being able to hear these signals or act on them. I seek to listen, honor, and uplift your unique voice and am committed to working from an anti-racist, decolonized, and feminist framework. I work with all individuals, including members of the BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and health at every size communities.
