I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, ages 10-35 (ish) who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and life stressors. Therapy can be provided in English or Spanish.

I believe that every person is unique, and therefore needs a unique approach to therapy. I believe it is important to not only talk and access our minds, but to also integrate the body into the therapeutic process.

I draw from Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, Mindfulness, Play and Art Therapies, all grounded in a Client-Centered, Strengths-based perspective.

I also infuse a social justice lens into my therapeutic practice.

I believe in creating a safe space for all. I am passionate about helping trauma survivors find healing. All are welcome to my practice without fear of judgement or criticism.
