Hi, I’m Alysha! I help my clients stay grounded, centered, and curious through life’s joys and challenges. I specialize in supporting survivors of sexual trauma, individuals navigating expected and unexpected life transitions, and anxious perfectionists who would like to make peace with their inner critic.

My approach is holistic, collaborative, and integrative, focusing on each client’s unique needs to foster healing across mind, body, and spirit. By combining talk therapy with somatic therapy, I address how experiences are held in the body, especially after trauma. My sessions incorporate mindfulness, self-compassion, body awareness, and expressive techniques tailored to each client’s needs. I emphasize building trust and proceed at a pace that ensures my clients feel supported, grounded, and empowered. I incorporate my training in Somatic Trauma Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma-informed yoga, and other evidence-based methods into our sessions.
