I love being a therapist and feel honored to be a part of my clients’ wellness journey. Specializing in trauma-informed somatic therapy, I help people tap into their body’s wisdom to help them feel more integrated in body, mind and spirit. No matter what you are experiencing, you will be met with warmth, patience, and curiosity.
My strengths are helping clients regain a sense of trust and safety to begin healing from trauma. I offer tools and practices such as mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nervous system calming strategies to help clients meet all parts of themselves with increased curiosity and loving kindness.

I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community and have extensive experience supporting people of all ages on their journey in understanding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression. My hope is that our work together can inspire your most authentic self to shine through!
