You’ve been through so much and you’ve always been able to keep going, but something changed. Part of you feels like it would be nice to have someone to talk to who really listens, to maybe offer some hope and comfort. But another part of you wonders if there’s really any point in trying.

You feel like you’re supposed to be able to get through this on your own – you’re typically the one your friends and family come to when they’re struggling. But it’s been really hard, harder than ever, for the past couple of years, and you’re hitting the limit of how much you have to give to everyone else. You’re even wondering how you’re going to get back to feeling like yourself again.

I know how hard it is to trust that a stranger will be able to help you feel better when you can’t find your way back to yourself. I also know that you can get through this, and you don’t have to do it all on your own. We all need someone to walk along next to us when times are hard.

I have worked with children, teenagers, moms, especially black moms, and many others who feel the way you do. You deserve the same comfort and care that you try to give everyone in your life and I would love to empower you to receive that!

If this sounds like something you need, get in touch with me by visiting my website: www.bahealing.com/meettheteam or calling our office at 443-320-4034. Our intake coordinator will guide you through scheduling an appointment.

I currently (as of 1/26/22) have appointment openings available within the next week.
