Surviving and moving on doesn’t take away the imprint that trauma and relationship stress often leave behind—on your mind, body, emotions, self-esteem, career, and connections. I am here to support you through all of this.

The adaptations you once needed to survive may be keeping you stuck in painful or familiar patterns, but with intention, change is possible. Together, we can work toward resolving traumatic memories through the body, tending to relational wounds, or healing the impact of early trauma within yourself, at a pace and depth that feels safe and right for you.

My somatic and mindfulness-based healing approach is informed by over 200 hours of ongoing professional training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST). This supports a path toward greater self-understanding, inner healing, and trauma recovery.

I am currently accepting new clients as a New York State Mental Health Counselor-Limited Permit, under the supervision of Deana Capozziello, LCSW, at NYC Somatic Psychotherapy.

If you are curious about working together, I invite you to reach out via e-mail. We can schedule a free consultation call to answer any questions, explore potential concerns, and help you decide if working together feels like a good fit for you.
