I work with adults of all genders (18+) facing challenges related to anxiety, trauma, identity, and relationship dynamics. I have specialized experience supporting individuals recovering from intergenerational family trauma and intimate partner abuse, including emotional, and religious abuse. My work is trauma-informed and deeply collaborative. We’ll clarify your personal values, develop self-compassion, and psychological flexibility to help you step into a more authentic and fulfilling life.My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Trauma-Focused ACT (TF-ACT), with an integrative lens that includes parts work inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS). Above all, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore, heal, and strengthen your ability to show up authentically—in both your personal relationships and your professional life.
