I am a holistic psychotherapist for adolescents and adults, licensed in DC, Virginia and Maryland. I see clients both virtually and in-person at my office in Dupont Circle. I welcome children 12 yrs+ of all backgrounds, genders, and sexual orientations. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I treat anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as well as trauma and grief and loss. I am an EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy practitioner, which are highly researched and effective trauma treatments. I help my clients connect to their younger selves not only through talk therapy but through their body, to get in touch with feelings that may have not been fully processed.
