For the past 21 years, we’ve been helping women who’ve experienced childhood trauma go through enormous life changes, using a compassionate, bottom-up, somatic framework for healing.

We are a small, highly experienced group practice working with women who’ve experience childhood trauma go through enormous life changes.

We are certified in EMDR. Trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (certification in progress), Internal Family Systems, and many more.

We also use mindfulness, Reiki, flower essences, and Tarot/Oracle work with clients.
