I specialize in anxiety and trauma. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you to change patterns of thinking and cope differently. I provide a safe space for you to heal from traumatic experiences using Brainspotting, mindfulness, and grounding techniques.
As a Taiwanese American immigrant, I can personally understand multicultural and immigrant experiences. Many of my clients identify as Asian Americans and bring their cultural values and experiences into our work together. I believe that culture is an important part of therapy work, as you cannot separate your own cultural values from who you are as a person.
