There are few things I’m as passionate about as helping other clinicians and practitioners better support their grieving clients. I see it as a true path to help heal the world!
Initially driven to better understand my own barrage of suffocating grief, I found myself transfixed on how my experience and grief education could help others navigate difficult, grief-stricken times.
Grief is a thread I noticed in everyone’s story throughout my years of working in trauma and hospital settings. It is the reason that I have focused my private practice work for more than 25 years on supporting individuals, couples, and families to navigate the storms of grief, helping them regain their footing in a world that feels surreal after significant loss.
I also have the pleasure of being an adjunct professor at The Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Pepperdine University.
It’s my personal and professional passion to help therapists confidently address the devastating effects of grief so their clients can find hope and joy again.
