When you’re going through a challenging time and are looking to experience change, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed by everything you “should” be doing to achieve your goals. I strongly believe that “small hinges swing big doors”. Change happens incrementally, not overnight.
I enjoy supporting clients who are struggling with anxiety, people-pleasing tendencies, life transitions (such as career changes and changes in caregiving responsibilities), stress-management, and emotional dysregulation.
I use a holistic, client-centered approach and, depending on where you are in your journey/what your goals are, I incorporate skills from CBT, Mindfulness, IFS, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and use a DBT lens.
