I draw from a mindfulness perspective using empirically supported behavioral therapies in addition to somatic approaches. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA community. I have completed advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP). I also hold a Type 73 – School Social Work Certification. Most recently I have completed training in Yoga Informed Psychotherapy.
