I am devoted to providing a safe space where clients can feel heard and understood without judgment. I’ve been a licensed therapist for 26 years, guiding clients through the inevitable challenges we all face. I am dedicated to working with adults 18 and over with issues like depression, anxiety, recovery from addiction, life transitions, relationship challenges, childhood abuse, and PTSD. My framework combines cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed modalities, and elements from internal family systems (IFS) and EMDR. Everyone deserves to uncover the part of self that has been stifled by the many challenges of life. My clients are intelligent and talented individuals who have become adept at hiding their level of internal discomfort but have reached a breaking point.
My passion is empowering my clients to begin to build the life they want and deserve.
