I view therapy as a collaborative process where we explore how you can start living life in ways that are most meaningful to you. We do this by exploring the difficulties you are currently experiencing, parts of your past that may have shaped those difficulties, and work towards positive change for the future.
I aim to provide a space that feels warm, holding and compassionate, and that welcomes all parts of you. What your particular therapeutic journey looks like, is very much shaped by you and what you want from our time together. I will bring myself, my knowledge and skills, and will be a steady presence alongside you.
I work with people who struggle with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, loss & grief, chronic illness, perfectionism, low self-esteem, loneliness and many other challenging human experiences. Sometimes we spend some time together in the darkness, sometimes we celebrate the light, all is welcome.
