Welcome back to Therapy Chat! This week host Laura Reagan, LCSW-C expresses gratitude to Melvin Varghese, PhD, who recently interviewed her on his podcast, Selling the Couch. That interview goes live in September, 2021.

Risa speaks about the importance of conflict in relationships, how our early relationships can teach us unhealthy conflict styles and describes the elements of healthy conflict and what she calls “the intimacy circuit”. Risa has trained with Esther Perel and Terry Real and is a Certified Relational Life therapist.
