My integrative approach combines deeply relational, trauma-informed, somatic, contemplative, and expressive practices to support the recovery of your innate resilience and wholeness, and to strengthen your capacity to manage difficulties.
I believe that while no life is without some measure of pain or struggle; therapy can be a transformative, healing process which opens the door to a more fulfilling relationship with yourself and others.
Sexual violence can turn everything upside down. You don’t have to figure this out alone. I have the training and experience to help. Using EMDR, mindfulness, animal-assisted counseling, and other evidence-based approaches, we can help you feel whole and empowered again.
I am about to launch my private practice focusing on working with teens and young adults. I have background in working with serious mental illness, and women and families affected by domestic violence, immigration and poverty.
